KTransport360° Terms & Conditions

KTransport360° (operated by SiPloudly LLC DBA KTransport360°) provides private transportation services. By using our website or mobile app, you agree to the following terms.

Use of Services

KTransport360° provides scheduled and on-demand transportation services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a ride. All rides are scheduled based on availability and must be approved before confirmation.

A ride is considered confirmed only after:

  • The customer reviews the ride details, and
  • The customer approves the ride request

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or if service conditions cannot be met.

Ride Requests and Approvals

Submitting a ride request does not guarantee service.

Customers may request services via phone, text, or online booking. For all manual requests (phone/text), a ride profile is generated within our web application platform. Automated SMS notifications are only initiated once the ride request profile is created and the customer explicitly opts in via the platform.

  • Ride details include pickup location, drop-off location, time, and fare
  • The final fare is manually entered and confirmed by KTransport360°
  • Customers must review and approve all ride details before the booking is finalized
  • You are responsible for verifying all ride details, including pickup location, destination, date, and time before approving your ride.
  • Once approved, the ride is officially scheduled.

All rides must be reviewed and approved by KTransport360° before being confirmed.

Pricing and Payment

All fares are determined and communicated prior to ride approval.

By approving a ride, you agree to the stated fare and any applicable charges.

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or completion of service.

Cancellations and Changes

All fares are clearly presented before ride approval

Pricing may vary based on time, distance, and service conditions

Payment terms are agreed upon prior to or at the time of service

Late cancellations or changes may impact availability or result in additional charges.

KTransport360° reserves the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Customers may receive notifications including:

  • Ride approval requests
  • Booking confirmations
  • Driver en route notifications
  • Pickup and arrival updates
  • Ride status updates (in progress, completed)
  • Schedule changes or delays
  • Customer support responses
  • Service-related reminders
  • Request for review of services

All arrival times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic or unforeseen conditions.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may:

  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out
  • Reply HELP for assistance

Opting out may prevent us from confirming or completing your ride.

"Mobile numbers and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances."

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate ride information
  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully
  • Follow all applicable laws and safety guidelines

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in cancellation of service.

Limitation of Liability

KTransport360° is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTransport360° is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Service Availability

Service availability may vary based on location, time, and driver availability.

We do not guarantee availability for all requested rides.

Scheduling Confirmation

Requested pickup dates and times are considered tentative pending final scheduling confirmation. While we make every effort to accommodate your preferred time, actual pickup times may vary slightly based on current ride volume, traffic conditions, driver availability, and existing scheduled reservations.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive a confirmation with the nearest available pickup window. Our team is committed to providing the most efficient and timely service possible while working to meet your requested schedule whenever feasible.
